We work daily to meet your needs and exceed expectations, and to make your stay on Terceira Island at Quinta da Nasce Água memorable!

Air Conditioning – Available in all rooms, with independent temperature control.

Airport – The Quinta da Nasce Água is located 20 minutes from the Lajes Airport. If you need information or transfer, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Amenities – In the room you have hygiene products at your disposal. Other convenience items are available upon request (dental kit, sewing kit, shaving kit, and more). Please contact us for more information.


Baby cots – It should be requested in advance, preferably at the time of booking. Please contact us to request a baby cot in your room. Subject to availability.

Babysitting – In case you need babysitting service, we have contacts of reliable people that, upon availability, may provide this service. Please contact us.

Bathrobes – Available in all rooms or upon request at the Reception. Books of Praise and Complaints – Available at Reception.


Car Rental – For information, please contact us.
CCTV system – For the safety of guests, we have surveillance systems.

Check-in – You can occupy your room on the day of arrival from 2:00 p.m. onwards.

Check-out – It must be done by 12:00 p.m. If you wish to have a late check-out, please check availability with Reception.

Code of Conduct – The Quinta reserves the right to prevent customers from staying at the property if they demonstrate signs of violent or improper behavior.


Debit and Credit Card – We accept Visa, ATM, Visa Electron, and Mastercard.

Do Not Disturb – If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the respective “pompom” outside your room door. If it remains until 4:00 p.m., your room will not be cleaned. However, you can go to Reception and request clean towels.

Doctor – Please contact us for this matter.

Dress Code – It is not permitted to walk barefoot or shirtless in common areas, such as Dress Code corridors, stairs, reception, living rooms, and dining areas.


Electric current – The rooms are equipped with 220 V current.

Electrical panel – In all rooms, there is an electrical panel at the entrance, next to the door.

Emergency – In case of an emergency, please immediately contact the number 112.

Extra bed – It should preferably be requested in the reservation. Contact us to request the placement of the extra bed in your room. Subject to availability.

Event and meeting rooms – We have 3 rooms for events, conferences or meetings, all with different capacities and layouts. For more information about this service, please contact us.


First Aid – Please contact us.

Flowers – Please contact us if you would like to buy and/or send flowers.


Gardens – Access to the garden is through Reception (floor 0)


Ice – If you need ice, please contact Reception.

Internet – With your own device, you will have free Wi-Fi access. To access it, just choose the network Quinta_da_Nasce_Agua _Guest and enter the password provided to you during check-in.

Iron and Ironing Board – Available upon request. Please contact us.


Laundry – Inside your closet you will find a bag to put the clothes intended for the laundry, as well as the price list. You should leave the bag and the properly filled list at Reception. The clothes will be delivered 1 day after collection. Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Weekends – Please contact us.

Lost and Found – Please contact us if you have lost any objects in the Quinta.

Luggage storage – We have a place for your luggage if you have checked out or if you have not checked in yet. Please contact Reception.


Meals – The buffet breakfast is served in the Main House (floor 0), between 08:00 and 10:30 a.m. The Quinta also serves dinner, by prior reservation. Please contact us for reservations.


Parking – The Quinta has private parking with lighting throughout the night. We are not responsible for damages to vehicles or improper conduct of users of this space.

Pets – Only guide Pets are allowed. Bathrooms, beds, mats, feeders and drinking fountains are available in these cases.

Pharmacy – The nearest pharmacy – Farmácia São Bento – is located about 2 kilometers away.

Plug adapters – Available (upon request) at the Reception.

Police – The nearest police station is about 10 minutes away by car.

Pool – Our pool is open until 8:00 pm. Access is through the Reception via the access stairs. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not walk in public areas in swimwear or wet slippers.

Pool Towels – Please contact us for this matter.


Reception service – Available 24 hours. All information regarding the operation of the spaces and available services, or any other information, can be obtained at this location. For any information or questions, please contact (+351) 964 238 535.

Religious service – In Angra do Heroísmo there are several churches of different religions where you can worship or visit.

Reservations – Available 24 hours. Check-in at 2 p.m. and check-out at 12 p.m.

Room cleaning – The room is cleaned daily between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you do not wish to be disturbed, you must place the “pompom” sign indicated for the effect, on the outside door handle.

Room service – Breakfast can be delivered to the room from 8:30 a..m to 10:30 a.m., at an additional cost. Please contact us.

Rooms – For your convenience, all rooms are equipped with an LCD TV, Hair Dryer, and Air conditioning.


Safe – We do not have safes in the Quinta and we do not take responsibility for any object or money.

Security – Necessary measures have been taken to ensure all comfort and safety for our guests. However, in the unlikely event of any situation, we advise all our guests to be familiar with the basic recommendations. Prevention – Please do not smoke in the room.
In case of fire – Notify us urgently. Leave the room by the stairs. If the exits are blocked, stay in the room, put damp clothing in the door slots, and try to signal your presence through the window. Always remain calm. Contact Reception and specify your location.

Smoking policy – Smoking is not allowed inside the premises of Quinta da Nasce Água. In case of non-compliance in the rooms, an extra cleaning fee of 200€ will be charged.
